The HMRC propaganda is quite different to the opinions of tax specialists that have responded to HMRC claims.
HMRC have no interest in invesigating and are simply trying to reach a goal of tax revenue. I have considerable evidence related to the errors in HMRC’s position.
HMRC’s claim of financial benefit to the MSCP has been reduced to a regular payment to to the MSCP. The payment turns out to be a once per year payment of £13 that was sent as a fee to Companies House for filing a Company Confirmation Statement.
